Your notary
Commitment to Professionalism. In addition to being a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas for nearly two decades, I have completed advanced certification to be a Notary Signing Agent. I am a member in good standing of the National Notary Association and regularly complete continuing education courses that exceed state requirements. You may verify a notary's commission through the Texas Secretary of State's website and a Notary Signing Agent's qualifications through the National Notary Association.
Commitment to Privacy. During the notarial process, you may disclose non-public, private information with me. This information will not be shared with any outside parties, including any potential employers or immigration services, unless otherwise required by law.
Commitment to Safety. As a certified Notary Signing Agent, I have completed an extensive and multi-layered background check to ensure compliance with both state and federal ethics standards. You may verify the validity of my most current annual background check through the National Notary Association.
Commitment to Authenticity. When document authentication services are requested, notarized documents will have an apostille or certification issued by the Texas Secretary of State attached. These will contain a document number so that the authenticity of the document can be verified through the Texas Secretary of State's website.
